At NOVARAE, you can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Email nnovarae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions and the correct return address before shipping anything back.
Change-of-mind returns
Items should be unused, in original condition and, where reasonably possible, with original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost, as required by applicable law. If a return is required for a defective, damaged or incorrect item, NOVARAE will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, or a refund without return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Any statutory refund deadlines apply.
Cancellations and shipping delays
Please contact us promptly to request cancellation. If an order has already shipped, our return procedure may apply. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide cancellation and refund options as required by law.
