Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the product and the warehouse it ships from. Items stocked in our US warehouse typically arrive in 4–7 business days; other items typically take 7–12 business days. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Delays

Carrier delays and peak periods can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us and we will resolve it.
